meet Kelsey, co-owner of 4q, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from WCCMT.
She’s been coaching for years and loves helping people discover what they’re capable of through strength and movement. Kelsey excels at creating personalized, effective programs that fit each client’s goals and lifestyle.
Growing up in an active family, she developed a lifelong love for adventure and sports. When she’s not training clients, you’ll find her hiking or getting in a good functional workout, usually followed by some quality time with her energetic dog, Hank.

Meet Jeff, co-owner of 4Q Performance and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who’s spent years helping athletes and active adults feel and perform their best.
Jeff’s all about smart, science-backed training that helps clients reach their goals safely and effectively. With a background in strength and conditioning, he knows how to push people to improve while keeping the vibe positive, inclusive, and supportive.
Focused on both performance and recovery, Jeff takes a well-rounded approach to fitness so every client walks away stronger, healthier, and ready for more.
Mike pratt

Meet mike, a certified weight trainer and former Division I athlete from Brown University, where he competed on the ice hockey team. At 4Q, Mike coaches adult groups of all experience levels, helping them build confidence and strength through progressive, accessible weight training.
his focus is on helping people use strength training to enhance their everyday lives—whether that’s a younger adult wanting to stay energized and keep up with their kids, or an older individual looking to move confidently, stay active, and make the most of their retirement years.
